Healthcare Configuration Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Configuration.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of configuration specialists to ensure timely and accurate completion of configuration tasks
• Oversee the setup and maintenance of health plan benefits, fee schedules, pricing models, and claims payment systems
• Manage testing and validation of configuration changes to ensure compliance with business requirements and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required
• Master's degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration is preferred
• A minimum of 6-8 years of health plan operations configuration experience is required
• At least 5 years of experience in health plan operations, with 1-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Experience with health plan benefits configuration and system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
