Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent
• 5+ years of experience with large-scale transformative initiatives, preferably in software or consulting
• 3+ years in a resource management function within professional services
• Strong knowledge of human capital initiatives including skills development and change management
• Experience in a complex, matrix environment with proven ability to influence stakeholders
