Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Manager (remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality checks and validation of contracts before signatures, ensuring compliance with technical process guidelines
  • Create and manage manual CDRs in ROME, supporting both Standard and Custom Contracts through the outlined processes
  • Review contracts for changes, obtain necessary signatures, and ensure proper documentation and handoffs are completed
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in order management, preferably in a communications context
  • Previous experience as GCS Lead writing contracts is preferred
  • Familiarity with contract validation processes and quality checks
  • Ability to manage both Standard and Custom Contracts effectively
  • Experience with contract management systems, particularly ROME and PCS
