Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, eCommerce Operations to lead marketplace projects and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee the work of eCommerce Operations Analysts and Coordinators, ensuring alignment with project objectives
• Lead projects from inception to delivery while maintaining quality and adherence to deadlines
• Develop and refine policies and procedures to drive continuous improvement within the department

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three years of relevant experience in project management or eCommerce
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Exceptional organizational skills and time management abilities
• Experience in dynamic settings with a focus on creating new processes and driving continuous improvement
• Preferred experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
