Job Summary
A company is looking for a Contracts Manager / Operations Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
- Review Statements of Work (SOWs) for accuracy in dates, financials, and scope details
- Initiate and manage the Purchase Order (PO) process, including generating and tracking request emails
- Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations teams to ensure alignment of contract terms and timelines
Required Qualifications
- Experience supporting contract administration and business operations
- Familiarity with accounting or finance processes
- Proficiency in using standard office tools (e.g., Excel, email tracking, document management)
- Ability to follow defined processes and work collaboratively across departments
- Experience with SAP or similar accounting systems is a plus, but not required
