Job Summary

A company is looking for a Contracts Manager / Operations Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review Statements of Work (SOWs) for accuracy in dates, financials, and scope details
  • Initiate and manage the Purchase Order (PO) process, including generating and tracking request emails
  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, and operations teams to ensure alignment of contract terms and timelines
Required Qualifications
  • Experience supporting contract administration and business operations
  • Familiarity with accounting or finance processes
  • Proficiency in using standard office tools (e.g., Excel, email tracking, document management)
  • Ability to follow defined processes and work collaboratively across departments
  • Experience with SAP or similar accounting systems is a plus, but not required
