Job Summary

A company is looking for an Inventory Clerk to perform project administrative duties remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track purchase requisition and order requests, ensuring proper documentation and approval
  • Organize and manage project documents for easy retrieval and asset capitalization at project completion
  • Utilize Microsoft services and follow up on vendor setups and invoice statuses for reporting purposes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • At least 2 years of experience in administration and finance
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint, Adobe Pro, and SAP
  • Ability to work under general supervision
  • Experience in managing capital projects is preferred
