Job Summary
A company is looking for an Inventory Clerk to perform project administrative duties remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Track purchase requisition and order requests, ensuring proper documentation and approval
- Organize and manage project documents for easy retrieval and asset capitalization at project completion
- Utilize Microsoft services and follow up on vendor setups and invoice statuses for reporting purposes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- At least 2 years of experience in administration and finance
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, MS Teams, SharePoint, Adobe Pro, and SAP
- Ability to work under general supervision
- Experience in managing capital projects is preferred
