Operations Technician

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Technician (Commercial Loan Services - Booking).

Key Responsibilities

• Receive and review incoming moderate to complex commercial loans
• Enter commercial loans into the core banking system while ensuring loan documentation accuracy
• Act as an escalation point for complex issues and provide training to less senior technicians

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred
• 2-4 years of office experience required
• 3-5 years of office/operations experience preferred
