Director of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations and Transformation to lead high-impact operational initiatives in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex operational initiatives, including growth operations redesign and standardization of operating models
• Define and implement the organizational operating model and drive planning for key operating forums
• Prepare and coordinate major executive meetings and board presentations

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in professional services or operational leadership roles
• MBA, MPH, or MHA strongly preferred
• Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-site operations is a plus
• Ability to navigate across clinical, operational, and strategic domains
• Skilled in project management and delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders
