Key Responsibilities

• Support the Client Success team on complex analytics requests impacting client outcomes and business goals
• Serve as the go-to data expert, ensuring accurate data usage and actionable insights
• Manage incoming requests based on shifting business priorities while enabling self-service for teams when possible

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience as an analyst, engineer, or related field
• Highly proficient in SQL with 2+ years of analytics experience
• Proven ability to create clear, actionable reports and visualizations from complex information
• Experience analyzing data to solve business problems and drive strategic decisions
• Self-starter who prioritizes impact over perfection in delivering insights
