Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President, Northwell account.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of the Northwell account, including Member Services and Claims Operations
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client satisfaction and achieve revenue targets
- Lead cross-functional teams and ensure compliance with client contractual obligations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
- 10-15 years of experience in third-party administration, insurance, or a related industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and coach team members
- Proven expertise in account service and consultative selling techniques
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce
