Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the vendor governance framework and manage vendor contracts
- Oversee vendor performance evaluations and risk management strategies
- Lead the Sourcing team and maintain relationships with key vendors
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Contract Management, Law, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of experience in vendor management or contract administration, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating complex vendor contracts
- Strong understanding of contract law and compliance regulations
- Proficiency in contract lifecycle management software and vendor management tools
