Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Operations - Web3 (External).

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and implement operations roadmap, including onboarding workflows and budget planning
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering to streamline development processes and ensure smooth launches
• Build partner engagement processes and maintain compliance frameworks across multiple jurisdictions

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of operational leadership in tech, fintech, Web3, or similar environments
• Deep operational experience in compliance, finance, and data infrastructure
• Experience with multi-jurisdictional regulations (KYC, AML, data privacy)
• Strong execution skills and stakeholder management
• Passionate about decentralized technology and its social/economic impact
