Key Responsibilities
- Manage overall cost, schedule, technical, and quality performance for subcontracted projects
- Prepare requests for proposals and evaluate subcontractor proposals
- Negotiate terms and conditions, and manage purchase order and contract documentation
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Strong background in subcontract management and cost/price analysis
- Experience in negotiating contracts and managing delivery schedules
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple functions and levels
- Relevant experience in defense and space manufacturing
- Mid-senior level experience in supply chain management
