Senior Workforce Planning Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Associate, Workforce Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of service to various customer and professional subsets
• Build reports and presentations for business decisions related to forecasting and cost
• Execute yearly budgeting processes and align with the Finance organization on forecasting

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of professional experience in an analytical role
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets with financial modeling experience
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker or SQL is a plus
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms like Salesforce is a plus
• Strong organizational and project management skills
