Physician Scheduler

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Physician Scheduler to manage scheduling for its practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the QGenda scheduling program, ensuring proper staffing levels and maintenance of paid time off
• Coordinate physician scheduling and handle requests and swaps from radiologists
• Generate reports and maintain communication regarding scheduling matters and changes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in Physician Schedule management
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a demanding office setting
• Experience with QGenda scheduling software is preferred but not required
• Effective computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in a healthcare environment is beneficial
