Job Summary
A company is looking for an Indirect Service Channel Onboarding Coordinator to lead and support the onboarding of external global channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Become a subject matter expert on standard service processes and transaction records involving channel partners
- Plan and execute system testing to validate transaction flow and system accuracy
- Deliver training and user support for partners on portal usage and service processes
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Strong understanding of B2B technical service processes in the medical technology or regulated industry
- Experience delivering global user support and process training
- Skilled in system testing, including test planning and defect tracking
- Ability to navigate complex IT systems and global business functions
