Key Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating operational spending and capital tracking activities
- Monitor and track internal spend activity to prevent overages and support timely reconciliation
- Maintain dashboards and tools for visibility into business operations, including invoice tracking and PO management
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or equivalent coursework and experience
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in operational planning and financial tracking
- Familiarity with vendor management and procurement processes
- Ability to support process documentation and standardization across divisions
