A company is looking for an Operations Technical Business Analyst II.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage the requirements phase plan, addressing schedule and resource issues
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and prioritize requirements with stakeholders
- Document requirements effectively and collaborate on agile story writing and grooming sessions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 2 to 5 years of experience in requirements management
- 2 to 5 years of experience with enterprise systems like Facets, CCA, SAP, or CRMs
- Experience designing interfaces across multiple UI disciplines
- Familiarity with the healthcare environment (Medicaid/Medicare) is preferred
