- Own and optimize the student-counselor matching process and manage a team of student success managers
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, and quality management of the global counselor network
- Oversee customer support and escalation teams to ensure timely issue resolution and improve service quality
Required Qualifications
- 3-7 years of experience in operations, customer success, or program management
- Experience in handling customer escalations with empathy
- Background in recruiting or managing service providers is a strong plus
- Proven experience in a startup or high-growth service or marketplace environment
- Experience building workflows in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or Airtable
