Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Facilities Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage hospital facilities and plant operations teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and financial performance
• Oversee maintenance of building systems in accordance with applicable standards and regulations
• Ensure staff training and create performance management templates for direct reports

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in hospital facility management or related fields
• College degree in a related engineering field or equivalent technical training preferred
• Managerial experience with budget and personnel responsibilities
• Joint Commission/CMS Survey experience at the hospital level
• Relevant certifications such as CHFM, CPMM, or CFM are a plus
