Key Responsibilities
- Manage client setup and configuration during onboarding and implementation
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to support client retention and deliver accurate reporting
- Monitor client EDI transactions and maintain CRM with critical client information
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, data analytics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, business analysis, or customer success/support operations, preferably in healthcare technology or SaaS
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Excel and Google Sheets
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Familiarity with healthcare technology or SaaS implementations is a plus
