Job Summary
A company is looking for a Resource Coordinator, Professional Services (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage resource requests and bookings for Professional Services engagements
- Coordinate project scheduling and kickoff meetings with customers after deals close
- Maintain reporting mechanisms and provide analysis on utilization trends and resource capacity
Required Qualifications
- A four-year degree (or equivalent) in Business Management or related field
- 1 year of relevant experience or 2-4 years in customer service and operations within a professional services firm
- High proficiency with Salesforce, PSA systems (FinancialForce preferred), and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Experience in maintaining written policies and procedures for assigned functions
