Maintenance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Maintenance Manager to oversee facility equipment maintenance and supervise maintenance technicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to safety policies
• Supervise maintenance team performance and manage training for new and existing members
• Ensure proper operation and safety of all facilities and equipment through preventive maintenance and timely responses to issues

Required Qualifications

• Three years of related experience in conveyor systems or equivalent education and work experience
• Knowledge of blueprints and schematics
• Extensive mechanical skills and experience with hand and power tools
• Leadership skills and ability to manage team performance
• Technical degree or certificate preferred
