Key Responsibilities

• Validate and maintain the accuracy of provider documents and contract information
• Manage inquiries and communications related to provider contracts and support internal auditing processes
• Compile and report on compliance with contract submission rules and assist with claims projects

Required Qualifications

• Provider Credentialing experience
• Experience with Provider Data and large datasets (Excel, Sheets, etc.)
• Three or more years of experience in data management, customer service, or a related industry
• High School Diploma
• Working knowledge of database software and MS Office
