Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Assistant to support data management and process optimization in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain contact and company records in CRM, ensuring completeness and accuracy
- Enrich and correct data within CRM, managing duplicate records and formatting issues
- Support podcast publishing by editing transcripts and ensuring accurate data recording in CRM
Required Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in data entry, CRM, customer experience, or administrative support
- Previous experience with CRM tools (like HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus
- Comfortable working with Excel and Google Sheets
- Able to use tools like LinkedIn and Cognism for data enrichment
- Experience supporting customer experience or sales teams is a plus
