A company is looking for an Operations Analyst who will work closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and develop reports.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain data tracking and performance management mechanisms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and ensure data availability
- Perform research and create queries via SQL Server to derive insights from complex data
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- 4-5+ years of experience in a data reporting or similar role
- 3-5 years of SQL experience
- Experience with Excel and Power BI
- Experience in presenting and reporting data across organizational levels
