Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Analyst - Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain automation solutions using Automation Anywhere A360, VBA, and Power Automate
  • Support and enhance existing automations and applications, including MS Access databases and SharePoint-integrated workflows
  • Provide tier-1 and tier-2 application support, troubleshooting issues and escalating as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere A360, VBA, MS Access, Power Automate, or SharePoint integration
  • Basic understanding of financial processes or reconciliation workflows
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
