Enablement Center of Excellence Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Enablement Center of Excellence Manager to lead the operational backbone of its global enablement function.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end enablement intake process and serve as the first point of contact for new initiatives
• Drive prioritization and governance to align enablement resources with business priorities
• Lead project coordination for learning content production and cross-functional deliverables

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience in enablement operations and project management, preferably in a global tech organization or cybersecurity environment
• Demonstrated success in managing cross-functional programs and intake pipelines
• Hands-on experience with Learning Management Systems, including implementation and optimization
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex initiatives without direct authority
• Experience with content architecture and content lifecycle management
