A company is looking for a Claims Manager with a General Liability background.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage overall operations for assigned locations/offices, ensuring compliance with standards and regulations
  • Establish policies and procedures to maintain best practices in claims management services
  • Monitor performance reports and assist in coordinating sales and client service efforts
Required Qualifications
  • 8 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Professional certification applicable to the line of business is preferred
  • Experience managing a team of 25-49 colleagues
  • Ability to prepare budgets and manage profit and loss
