Key Responsibilities

- Establish policies and procedures to maintain best practices in claims management services
- Monitor performance reports and assist in coordinating sales and client service efforts
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Professional certification applicable to the line of business is preferred
- Experience managing a team of 25-49 colleagues
- Ability to prepare budgets and manage profit and loss
