Key Responsibilities
- Support the Champions program by managing tech stack and vendor relationships
- Establish and maintain processes for scalable growth within the program
- Lead new initiatives and projects, ensuring successful implementation
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in a business operations role related to community, support, marketing, or IT
- 2+ years of experience in agile release cycles, contributing to software development
- Experience serving customers, preferably in a community setting
- Familiarity with platforms like Jira, Jira Service Desk, and Confluence Cloud is preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and manage vendor relationships
