Pennsylvania Licensed Pharmacy Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Pharmacy 340B (Revenue Integrity) to lead the optimization of their 340B program and drive innovation in pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and expand the Pharmacy Revenue Integrity Program within system physician practices and hospital billing/revenue cycle
• Maintain pharmacy-related billing systems to ensure compliance with billing rules and regulations
• Collaborate with corporate revenue cycle to reduce medication-related charge denials and educate stakeholders on pharmacy revenue integrity principles

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science and 5 years of hospital pharmacy operations and/or 340B contract pharmacy experience, or Certified Pharmacy Technician with 7 years of relevant experience
• Minimum of three years of experience in operations, purchasing/procurement, and pharmacy billing/information systems
• Master's degree in Business/Management or Hospital Pharmacy Administration preferred
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and ability to influence others
• Licensure: Act 34 clearance required
