Key Responsibilities

- Lead the implementation of service rollouts and develop retention strategies while managing performance evaluations
- Ensure compliance with data security protocols and monitor operational costs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- 5 - 10 years of progressively responsible professional experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience with contact center operations
- A minimum of 5 years of experience leading teams
- Ability to communicate effectively using American Sign Language
