Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor of arts or science degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of call center/contact center management experience
  • Proven experience in managing and improving call center operations in a high-demand environment
  • Effective leadership and analytical skills, including financial statement analysis
  • Ability to mentor and build relationships to manage group and interpersonal conflict situations
