Key Responsibilities
- Engage in complex curation and review tasks daily, documenting decisions in various tools
- Analyze and organize survey feedback to produce actionable recommendations for operational improvements
- Design and implement efficient workflows, coordinating with Account Managers for issue resolution
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2-3+ years of experience in data analytics and/or project management within operations
- Proficiency in Google Suite applications, with experience in Airtable, SQL, and Salesforce CRM as a plus
- Expertise in Excel and Google Sheets
- Intermediate experience level in business analytics and project or program management
