A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Workforce Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversees the Workforce Management Platform for forecasting, scheduling, and reporting call center statistics
- Manages Workforce Management staff in forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning activities
- Conducts forecasting and creates staffing schedules while monitoring real-time adherence
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a combination of coursework and experience
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in Workforce Management (WFM) and workforce planning
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and variable schedules as necessary
- Demonstrated independent judgment and discretion in significant matters
