Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Director Revenue Operations (GTM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the GTM and commercial operations strategy for a fast-growing SaaS organization
- Own and optimize all aspects of sales operations including pipeline management, forecasting, and performance tracking
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Executive teams to align strategies and goals
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced certifications strongly preferred
- 10-12 years of relevant experience in Commercial/GTM Operations within a SaaS/subscription business
- Proven track record of scaling commercial operations in a high-growth, PE-backed environment that is B2B focused
- Deep knowledge of sales strategy, pipeline forecasting, performance metrics, and CRM implementation
- Experience in designing and managing sales compensation programs
