Claims Operations Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Claims Operations Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Claims department by monitoring vendor performance and troubleshooting electronic data interchange transactions
• Analyze claims processing effectiveness and generate KPI metrics for leadership and staff
• Collaborate on process improvements and maintain documentation for key processes within the Claims department

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, health care, or related field with three years of relevant experience
• In-depth knowledge of health care claims processing technology and processes
• Experience with the Anthem Blue Card program is preferred
• Six Sigma belt, agile, or project management certification is preferred
• Advanced skills with workflow software and data analysis tools are a plus
