Job Summary
A company is looking for a Claim Supervisor - Accident and Health (Hybrid or Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Supervises day-to-day activities and priorities of claims staff, managing claims assignments and providing ongoing guidance
- Ensures execution of claim handling strategies, including determination of coverage, liability, and damages
- Monitors claim quality, customer feedback, and reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and achievement of objectives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 5-7 years of General Liability and Auto Bodily Injury claims experience
- 1-3 years of supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of regulatory and legal environments
- Ability to identify skill gaps and establish appropriate training needs
