Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Advisor Manager to oversee and enhance partner advisor management within the Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of sales operations professionals, including onboarding, training, and performance reviews
• Supervise and maintain processes to increase productivity and ensure data integrity
• Oversee the partner complaint management process and collaborate cross-departmentally to improve processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, or a related field with 6+ years of relevant experience
• Experience leading agile teams, preferably in a technology company
• Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of efficiency drivers
• Advanced experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Proficiency in analyzing budgets and preparing financial reports
