Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Medicaid Contract Administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Medicaid rebate team, including processing, validating, and troubleshooting Medicaid claims
- Oversee the Medicaid Dispute Resolution process and maintain service standards in data processing
- Train staff on the Medicaid landscape and Model N system navigation while fostering internal and external relationships
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- 8-12 years of relevant experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry (6-8 years with a Master's)
- Experience with Medicaid rebates and knowledge of Model N software or similar applications
- Proficiency in MS Office applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple demands in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and initiative in decision-making
