Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development - Administrative Coordinator to support operational and strategic goals within the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a liaison between internal departments, referral sources, call center, and treatment facilities
  • Monitor admissions and assist in expediting referral processing while ensuring documentation is completed
  • Utilize CRM systems to track leads, generate reports, and maintain digital files for business development operations
Required Qualifications
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in healthcare administration, business development, or behavioral health operations
  • Strong understanding of behavioral health and best practices for treating substance use disorders
  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, communications, or a related field preferred
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
