Computer Operator III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Computer Operator III (Nights & Weekends).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintains operating records, checklists, and procedures for accuracy and completion
• Monitors systems and responds to alerts with appropriate actions and escalations
• Ensures data and system security by following established guidelines

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, banking, operations, or a technical environment
• Ability to work 4-10 hour shifts during overnights and weekends
• Experience with FTP Protocols and SMA OPCON is a plus
• Experience in a financial institution is desirable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office for monitoring alerts and communications
