A company is looking for an Initiations Coordinator (Virtual, US).
Key Responsibilities
- Process and ensure accurate input of Authorizations data into operating systems
- Audit and verify the accuracy of Authorizations entries and resolve discrepancies
- Support continuous learning and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- University degree preferred
- 1+ years in an administrative or business process role, preferably in a large or international organization
- Experience in the relocation industry is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends, in a 24/7 support model
