Job Summary

A company is looking for an Initiations Coordinator (Virtual, US).

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and ensure accurate input of Authorizations data into operating systems
  • Audit and verify the accuracy of Authorizations entries and resolve discrepancies
  • Support continuous learning and contribute to process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • University degree preferred
  • 1+ years in an administrative or business process role, preferably in a large or international organization
  • Experience in the relocation industry is advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts and weekends, in a 24/7 support model
