A company is looking for a Business Operations Specialist to support Order-to-Cash processes and lifecycle management for assigned business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage setup, tracking, and renewal of customer/partner accounts and orders
- Process upsell/down sell activities to ensure uninterrupted service and accurate billing
- Maintain dashboards and reporting tools for contract performance and audits
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required; associate degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Experience in order management or business operations
- Proficient in data entry and cloud-based business platforms
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with Salesforce or SAP is a plus
