A company is looking for a Loan Processing Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Review loan documentation for accuracy and manage updates as necessary
• Oversee the processing team, including employee development, coaching, and training
• Analyze data to determine suitable loan products and ensure compliance with regulations

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of 4 years of processing or underwriting experience in the retail mortgage lending industry
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Experience with Encompass
• Working knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC, FHA, VA, USDA, and State Bond eligibility guidelines
• Advanced loan processing skills
