Key Responsibilities
- Manage a cluster of projects and supervise account managers and supervisors
- Develop and implement quality assurance methods and oversee performance assessments
- Monitor budgets and coordinate cost containment activities across assigned sites
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive management/operations experience in facilities maintenance and janitorial services
- Strong employee relations and management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email
- Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment
- Extensive investigative experience and ability to prepare comprehensive reports
