Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a cluster of projects and supervise account managers and supervisors
• Develop and implement quality assurance methods and oversee performance assessments
• Monitor budgets and coordinate cost containment activities across assigned sites

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive management/operations experience in facilities maintenance and janitorial services
• Strong employee relations and management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email
• Ability to multi-task and excel in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive investigative experience and ability to prepare comprehensive reports
