A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Deal Desk & Business Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Deal Desk function for Mid-Market and Enterprise segments, ensuring scalable support for complex deals
- Manage a team supporting pre- and post-sale deal execution for large restaurant groups, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Serve as the primary escalation point for operational challenges related to high-value Enterprise deals and drive resolution
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business operations or revenue operations, with at least 3 years in people management
- Strong experience in supporting Enterprise or complex B2B sales cycles, preferably in SaaS or high-growth environments
- Proven ability to build scalable processes and drive operational efficiency
- Highly proficient in Salesforce and Excel; familiarity with CPQ and BI platforms is a plus
- Experience in hiring, leading, and developing high-performing teams
