Director of Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Operations to oversee field operations and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster a culture of safety, transparency, and innovation while delivering exceptional customer service
• Develop and execute talent management strategies to build a pipeline of skilled operational leaders
• Manage P&L, optimize technician utilization, and ensure adherence to operational processes for safety and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience, preferably in fleet management or transportation industries
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and sustainable growth
• Experience in stakeholder management and building processes
• Master's degree or MBA in business or operations is preferred
