Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Manager, Logistics & Warehousing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all logistics workflows from receiving to kitting to final approval for shipments across 20-30 projects
• Recommend best-in-class packing strategies and materials based on evolving needs and product types
• Lead special initiatives to identify and integrate new 3PLs as the company scales

Required Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in logistics, operations, or supply chain management
• Proven experience managing 3PL relationships and warehouse operations
• Proficient in Excel and logistics platforms
• Experience supporting growth-stage companies or launching new operations functions
• Excellent project management skills
