A company is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage U.S. Fleet Operations and support field-based employees.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the escalation point for fleet-related inquiries and support drivers
• Monitor vehicle inventory and manage fleet operations for optimal deployment
• Coordinate with vendors for compliance and maintain accurate fleet records

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, operations management, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in fleet management or operations coordination
• Experience working with field-based employees
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
